My Everyday Make Up Routine

Hey Guys! Sorry its been a while, things have happened at home, but I'm truly sorry! 
Anyway I'm going to be doing 'My Everyday Make Up Routine' today, so lets get crackalacking!

So, I start off washing my face with 'Clean&Clear Morning Energy Shine Control Daily Facial Wash' which is oil-free, because I have oily skin. To be quite honest I love this face wash, others I've used in the past make my face feel like really tight, and this one doesn't, also it smells amazing!        

Then I go ahead and apply my moisturiser, I don't really like to experiment with moisturisers because most of them break me out, I've been using this one for a while and it does the job nicely! I use 'SKINSYSTEM YOUNG SKIN Matt finish moisturiser' which is for oily skin, and it does leave your face with a matte finish, also it has a nice smell too!

Before I start applying any make up, I put my lip balm on, they always vary between which ones I use, but the one I've been loving this month is 'Cherry Carmex' I've been suffering with severe chapped lips lately, I don't know whether it's because I'm coming down with something or what, however this has made them so much better! It tastes amazing and smells divine!

                     

Onto the make up! I start off with my foundation, I use a mixture of  '17 Miracle Matte foundation in shade Soft Ivory and Maybelline FitMe foundation in shade 120 which is Classic Ivory' I do this because the FitMe is too dark and the Miracle Matte is too light, so if I mix them together it makes the perfect shade! Also the Miracle Matte is obviously a matte foundation, so it works well with my skin.

Then I chuck on my 'Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in shade Fair 1' I LOVE this concealer, it covers anything and stays all day, however you do have to set it with a powder to get the full 16 hours. Mine looks a little worse for wear, but I'm sure you all know what it is;)

 I set it all using 'Maybelline FitMe pressed powder in shade 120 Classic Ivory' it's mint, perfect shade, because it has yellow tones in it, which is perfect for me because I have yellow toned skin.

Onto the eyes! I don't prime my eyes purely because I don't need too, what I use stays on all day! The shadow I start with is 'Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr in 40-Permanent Taupe'.  This colour is amazing, I wear it day in, day out and its lovely, when I first bought it I was a bit nervous, because how dark it looks in the pot, but on your/my eyes it looks fine! Blended out and with a bit of 'Wedge by MAC' through the crease it completes the day look, but you can also smoke it out for that night time look too. It's just so versatile!

Eyeliner! I use different eyeliners on different days, but mostly I wear 'MUA Intense Pencil Eye liner in Jet Black' It lasts on my water line all day; its comes with a sharpener also,which is so useful because I always loose mine! I line my tightline as well as my water line too.

 Mascara time! My loved mascara and has been for years in 'Maybelline The Falsies'. The formulation is smooth and the brush gives you the false eyelash effect, and it's pretty cheap for drugstore.

 I set my brows using 'MUA Clear Mascara in shade 1' it sets them all day and its super affordable, I used to fill in my brows, but I stopped. I just went off the look of them and had a revamp! That's why it looks so grimy!

 I contour my face using 'MUA Mosaic Bronzer in shade 2 which is Sunkissed Glow' I like this product, its not the perfect shade for contouring, but it does the job! Personally it's more of a blusher colour, but I use it as contour. It's super pigmented and affordable!

Last product! my lips. I normally just shove lip balm on and go, but when I'm going out I like to put my lipstick on. I use 'Natural Collection Sheer Lip Stick in Sand Castle' I don't rave about this product because it's not the best, it does last an hour or so, but then I have to re apply it throughout the day, it's cheap and is a lovely nude
colour, I just wish it was more pigmented.
